eceee’s strategy 2016-2019

In the Summer of 2016, the eceee board adopted a new strategy document. This documents followed a member consultation in 2015 and extensive discussions to find a strategy that reflects the challenges we are facing. The strategy does, however, not focus directly on COP21 and other current political landmark decisions, but focus more on the overall challenge to place energy efficiency in a context of sustainability, the need for GHG emissions reductions and our needs to improve competitiveness and create jobs.

This strategy document thus aims at providing a high-level guidance for the organisation. It is not a business plan nor a work plan, although some parts discuss concrete activities, possible funding strategies and revenue sources where relevant.
