Hans Nilsson is chairman of the IEA DSM-Programme and has been director of the Swedish Energy Efficiency Programme. His work has to a large extent been related to international issues and international co-operation both for business and for NGOs. He presently runs his own company FourFact (www.fourfact.se). He sometimes brags about the fact that he, together with Jan Moen from Norway, founded eceee.
