Rob Kool is Manager Energy & Climate Cooperation at NL Agency, the Netherlands. He has been working with this organisation for the last 20 years on a broad spectrum of topics. Since 2005 the work of his team focused on the European energy agenda. He is chair of the IEA expert group on R&D priority setting and evaluation, chair of the IEA IA-DSM, and a former president of EnR. Being part of the energy efficiency furniture after all these years didn't slow him down in promoting "the good job" in both the public and private sector.
