The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Administration (NVE), Energy Efficiency and Market Department, is working to introduce energy efficient technologies to the market. NVE is working on a strategy for technology specific introduction through cooperation with different suppliers of products and services to the market. This strategy and results from a pilot project that was run to develop and test elements of the strategy is presented in this paper.
