Summer Study registration fees and accommodation at the venue are offered as one package for the whole week and can only be booked through Novatours, the conference management company that assists eceee with registrations. There is an off-site option that does not include lodging, but includes lunches, dinners and conference facilities.
Bring your family or a friend
The conference venue La Bergerie is excellent for bringing your family or a friend. The familiar and relaxed atmosphere during the week makes it easy for accompanying persons to feel at home at the venue. At la Bergerie, there is a large swimming pool (with a small children-friendly pool) as well as tennis and pétanque courts. The surrounding area offers a number of activities.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Rooms at the conference hotel will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The conference registration fee, non-member surcharge and late registration fee are subject to Swedish VAT of 25 %, but it will not always be charged (see below).
Who need not pay VAT?
• Persons/entities based outside the EU
• Entities based inside EU registered for VAT (except Sweden).
An intra-EU VAT number is required.
Who must pay VAT?
• Entities based inside EU not registered for VAT(including private persons).
• Any entity based in Sweden.
