Schedule for papers and extended abstracts

Make sure to mark all the important dates below in your calendar so that you do not miss any deadline.

The schedule is – as always – very tight, and eceee cannot guarantee acception of any late abstracts or papers.

2023

29 November: Deadline abstract submission.

20 December: Notifications to presenters are sent whether abstract was accepted or not.

2024

29 January: Deadline first draft of papers.

12 February: Deadline to send review comments to panel leaders.

26 February: All authors should receive their review comments.

11 March: Deadline second draft for papers with major changes.

25 March: Deadline for paper authors: final papers + update of all abstract and author information in the online system.

28 March: All presenters must be registered.

2 April (update from 25 March): Deadline for extended abstract authors: draft presentation to panel leaders + update of extended abstracts in the online system. See instructions (pdf)

10–15 June: The eceee 2024 Summer Study on energy efficiency takes place in Center Parcs Lac d'Ailette, France.
