From March 13-15, 2018, EUROSOLAR will organize its 12th International Renewable Energy Storage Conference (IRES 2018) together with the Energy Storage Europe (ESE) Conference and Exhibition, organized by Messe Düsseldorf. Early Bird Tickets are now available in our Ticketshop.
The Tickets
For an optimized visit and better networking of the participants, the organizers offer only one conference ticket for the IRES + ESE (conference + expo). This way, visitors are able to follow presentations in all parallel sessions and visit the exhibition without purchasing separate tickets. Alongside the conference and the exhibition, there will be two networking events on the first and second evening of the event. The Event
The combination of conference and exhibition enables the visitors to get an extensive insight into the latest scientific development as well as the framework conditions of an effective use of energy storage in Germany, Europe and the world. Furthermore, the event provides a unique platform where politics, economy and science get in touch. In 2017, 4,200 people from 55 countries and 160 speakers joined the conference and exhibition, which is an increase of 35 percent compared to the years before. In 2018 we expect further growth.
The Program
The conference is based on two thematic foci: the scientific research on storage technology, legal frameworks, network and market aspects (IRES) and the business and finance aspects for the rollout of these technologies to the global market (ESE). In up to 5 parallel sessions experts in science, politics and society present recent knowledge about energy storage. The content of the 12th International Renewable Energy Storage Conference is composed by a scientific Call for Abstracts. For the poster exhibition experts are invited to present their experiences on energy storage and submit an abstract until 1 February.
