The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) is pleased to announce the 17th biennial 2012 ACEEE Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings, "Fueling Our Future with Efficiency" to be held Sunday, August 12 - Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove, California.

The Summer Study brings together a diverse group of professionals from around the world to gather at this preeminent meeting to discuss the technological basis for, and practical implementation of, reducing energy use and climate impacts associated with buildings.

The conference promotes the interaction among participants through a balance of structured and unstructured sessions.  Refereed papers are presented in the mornings, informal and display session in the afternoons, and plenary sessions in the evenings.
