BPIE, the state of Baden-Württemberg and the German Institute for Energy and Environment (IFEU) are delighted to invite you to an event dedicated to renovation strategies.
As the deadline for European Member States to present their national renovation strategy is imminent on April 30, this event will present case studies of innovative approaches to renovating building stocks.
The Southern German State of Baden-Württemberg and IFEU will present a model to building specific renovation plans, and speakers from the Czech Republic, France and the Brussels Region will talk about their respective approaches. The workshop will give inspiration for the challenging exercise many European Member states are still struggling with.
The Energy Efficiency Directive requires Member States to develop renovation strategies by end of April 2014. Detailed strategies on how to improve the energy performance of their residential and commercial buildings have to be submitted.
