Project partners are planning the international congress to dive deeper into the topics of Energy Performance Contracting, the lessons learnt from best practice projects and financing and technical requirements for EPC projects in public buildings.

Leading experts and representatives from different European countries will present their experience and discuss necessary preconditions for implementing EPC projects.

Four workshops will include EPC business models, the development of EPC, tendering and contracting of EPC as well as measurement and verification of the savings.
