We would like to invite you to this event, hosted by CREDS on 4 July 2023, 10:00 to 11:30.

This will be an online event is designed for researchers, policy-makers and others interested in the national, regional and local implications of changes in energy use.

This event will showcase the latest research findings on changes to energy use during the twin crises of the Covid-19 pandemic and energy affordability crisis. It will seek to develop the implications for the zero-carbon energy transition.

The webinar will consist of short introductory talks followed by individual breakout sessions with each of the four presenters to allow the research to be interrogated in more detail.

CREDS is the Centre for Research into Energy Demand Solutions and is a research programme funded by UK Research and Innovation. We aim to understand the role of energy demand change in accelerating the transition to a zero-carbon energy system, including the technical, social and governance challenges of demand reduction, flexible demand and use of decarbonised energy.
