Renovate Europe Day will be hosted by MEP Fiona Hall at the Stanhope Hotel next to the European Parliament.

Renovate Europe day takes place in the context of the environmental, social and economic challenges that Europe faces. Renovate Europe will be asking policymakers and representatives of industry, workers and the environmental movement whether Europe can afford not to renovate its buildings by 2050.

Renovate Europe Day comes at a time when our politicians need our help to find the political courage to adopt the measures needed to solve our energy challenges, restart our economy and combat climate change. The event takes place as the European Union institutions begin to discuss the proposed Energy Efficiency Directive.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Stanhope Hotel, 9 rue du Commerce in Brussels, from 12.00 to 15.15 on Tuesday 11 October (see agenda).
