About the seminar

The seminar highlighted the links between energy efficiency, sustainability, competitiveness and stable employment. The EU’s current discussion to establish a 2030 framework for climate and energy policy was an important factor in the discussion of looking into improving competitiveness and sustainability.

The seminar also highlighted important policy aspects while providing insights into some of the complex technical and methodological issues involved in the discussion.

The seminar was arranged by eceee in cooperation with Fraunhofer ISI, Germany
