Call for abstracts

The abstract submission is now closed. You will receive information on whether your abstract has been accepted or not by 8 December.

Abstract selection

The abstracts will be reviewed blindly, and the following criteria will be used for selecting winning abstracts for the event:

Presentation of new material.
Relevance of topic to the conference theme and its panels.
Likelihood of stimulating discussion and debate at the event.
Setting examples that will challenge the eceee network.
Clarity of thought and presentation.

The selection committee also want to make sure that there is a good mix of interesting and important topics.

Submission of presentations and extended abstracts

All presenters will receive a notification on whether their abstract was accepted or not by 8 December together with further instructions. Accepted abstracts can be updated in the online system, and all presenters must submit a draft presentation by 15 December. Panel leaders will check the presentation and submit potential comments before a final version can be submitted.

Attending Zero Carbon Industry

All presentations require a registered – and paying – conference participant. Please note that eceee cannot waive the registration fee for authors and presenters.
