We have run out of rooms on-site. We are assessing the situation and negotiating with the venue to see if we can make more rooms available. If you need to register, please send us an e-mail summerstudy@eceee.org.
Off site registration is available but we need to register you manually.

Registration fee package
Invocing and hotel rooms allocations are managed by our long-time partner Voyages C. Mathez in France.
- The quoted fees are the total packages for the week for one participant. In practice, there will be a conference fee and a venue fee.
- Accompanying person fees are per night
- VAT: In addition to the fees below, €60.00 VAT will be added on the conference fee. This is refundable for VAT-registered entities.
- eceee Member discount: members will receive a €100.00 euro discount on the registration fee.

Terms and conditions
eceee has contracted Voyages C Mathez (“Mathez”) to manage invoicing.
By paying the registration and hotel fees you agree on the following terms and conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy (updated 2022-03-23)
- Your registration is valid after payment has been made in full to Mathez.
- Hotel and catering costs will not be refunded if cancelled under any circumstance.
- Registration fees will be reimbursed by the same value as paid conference fees minus €100 admin fee if cancelled before or on 2022-05-06.
- Cancellations made after 2022-05-06 or no show: No refund under any circumstance.
- If you are unable to attend the Summer Study you can appoint a substitute, provided that accommodation can be solved if you booked in a shared apartment.
Force majeure (updated 2022-03-22)
- In case the conference is cancelled due to a decision by the French Government (due to lock-down, natural disaster etc) eceee will repay the hotel-related costs minus 12% admin fee. For registration fees, we will provide a voucher for the same value as paid conference fees minus €100 admin fee for future eceee events.
- In case your own government restricts travel, but not the French government, eceee will not make any refunds.
